Gold prospecting video here, is longer than most, 21.23 minutes in length. Screenshots made by stopping at points of interest. At 0:21 minutes vial of gold recovered shown. Glacial gold can be hard to find, so even the smaller amounts found are quite impressive.

Dowser is observing small movements in the rods, following the way they point. 3:14 minutes 3:23 minutes L-rods start to cross. 3:28 minutes his rods become evenly crossed.

Soon another signal is picked up a few feet away. 3:33 minutes 3:37 minutes one rod swing over some, dowser turns to follow in that direction. 3:40 minutes you see L-rods crossed again.

Stream deposits can run in a line, dowsing them by S-curving back and forth with rods. 3:53 minutes So, dowsing for gold doesn't take a lot of time, only a few minutes if done right.
