The video seems to be gone, can't get the link to work now. There was a person living in S Korea about this time last year, who sent me a map to check for oil. I marked all the spots where dowsing indicated petroleum in the ground. The person got gps coordinates for each place indicated, then gave the information to a university in Seoul. According to this university, all dowsed locations have the needed geological formation to produce oil. It was nice to have confirmation on map dowsing petroleum.  PS-Fixed the oil dowsing video link, must have been moved or link somehow changed. |

Since the oil dowsing video link is fixed, here are some screenshots (even though music for entire video).  As you can see, this is the old fashioned way, using a Y-branch type of rod.   |

Looks like he turns and dowses back again.  I think oil dowsing is very similar to methods for finding water, only a different type of natural resource.   |
